Our Story
The highest quality tea leaves are picked and processed manually throughout the process, and machines can damage the structure of the tea leaves
After the tea leaves are ripe, workers pick them, rinse them with clean water, and then spread them in the sun to dry. They are then placed in a sterile cabinet for fermentation, and the fermentation time is determined by the variety of tea leaves
During the fermentation process, theophylline is produced. Theophylline can promote blood circulation, enhance immunity, and refresh the mind. After fermentation is completed, we will remove the residue, and those with good quality can be dried and packaged for sale
